• as i am a small business, all sales are final. refunds are not accepted for change of mind so please be choose carefully.

• if you're wanting to exchange sizes on apparel, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and i will provide you with a return address and details for exchange. please note shipping product for exchange will be at your own expense. items must sent back to within 7 days from receiving postage details in their original condition, with tags attached, otherwise the exchange will not go ahead.

• if your order is faulty, please get in touch below within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we can organise a replacement.

• if you've noticed an issue or incorrect details after placing your order, please reach out as soon as you can. if it hasn't been shipped there is a high chance it can be resolved, but if you've received a shipping notification then unfortunately it'll be out on my hands.
